I don't about the communists....but there is certainly enough
socialist drivel in the re****t to make even the most left leaning
loonie blush.

The re****t rates Health Care Systems not actual doctor/hospital/
patient care.  It leans heavily on universal coverage and cost which
is the reason for the lower rating.  Where does the US rank as far as
actual medical care.....#1.  (You can look at the detailed spreadsheet
for confirmation.)

In the United States you get the best health care in the world.....yes
it is expensive.....and yes we do expect people to actually work for
some of their benefits.

Its ok to use facts......but you should use them all not just the ones
that forward your agenda.
