Piniella not very patient

It looks like Pie has already lost his starting job and Hill is now 
being sent to the bullpen although tem****arily. Is Piniella losing 
patience too quickly with the young players? Can the Cubs really win 
a pennant with Reed Johnson and John Lieber playing prominant roles?
