Perhaps, but do you remember last year when AD and Bob sat down over
ribs to chat and rub elbows?
If it were the case that WK was trying to re-sign, then why no talks?
The time to strike was after the boss had just buttered him up. Even
AD said he was surprised that no talks have ever been initiated.
I get the feeling that one of the "rubs" between the two was BC likes
AD and WK didn't. Guess we'll see if AD is pursued or not.
But to back that up, I'm pretty sure I saw snippets in several places
that said WK was shopping him last summer.
If I'm right, I think chances of re-signing AD now are as good or
maybe better than it has been.
