The message of Jeff Keppinger and Ryan Freel and Brendan Harris is not 
that such players are particularly valuable, but that such players are 
essentially free.

I LIKE watching Keppinger and I've been a pretty big fan since they 
brought him over, but he's done for the year. Shortstop is probably the 
one position the reds were least insulated against an injury at.

I can't believe that nobody would give up a AAAA lifer for Scott
Hatteberg.
