The Rose Award goes to Mark Teahen of the Kansas City Royals, who went
three-for-five with five RBI and scored one run in a 17-8 win over the
St. Louis Cardinals.
Teahen had two triples, Tony Pena Jr. had four hits and the Royals got
their first series win at home against St. Louis in six years.
