Ottawa is not a football town.
the cfl rewards points for failure.
the cfl should reward the Gliebermans with the ReneGAYdes franchise.
The cfl single point failure rule disqualifies the cfl as being real
football, and therefore Ottawa being a football town.
cfl, lose the single point failure rule.
