It's had to imagine that one year ago today I was was standing in
Olympic Park, near the Biodome, listening to Tavares (over the radio
from inside the stadium), announce the movement of my favorite franchise.
Later that night, I went into the stadium and ended up crying for what
was probably only the second time in my adult life (the first was the
birth of my child). That said, I was proud to be at the Stade with
31,000 others to give the Expos a proper sendoff.
Baseball, and Montréal, just haven't been the same for me since. As it
says on the license plate, "Je Me Souviens."
