I understand the difficulty of the closer spot, but "step up" may be
well applied to Wagner's performance lately. I have to wonder how
annoying those instructions could be to the other 23 after the blown
saves in very critical games. It gets worse every time WFAN plays it.
At least he nailed it down tonight. Great clutch performance by the
hitters.
