The A's put Justin Duchscherer on the 15-day DL and called up LHP
Greg Smith to make his big league debut tonight in Toronto. Some
scouts consider Smith a better prospect than Dana Eveland. He made
only one start for Sacto., and was pretty good, giving up a couple
runs in 6 innings.
