Westgate Park was the Padres home from 1958 to 1967.
Once their season ended each year, Westgate was an
"occasional" venue for high school football games, in-
volving Kearny High and other teams as well.
The park held 7,500 seats and was a good place for foot-
ball as well as baseball.
Its' location is now Fashion Valley shopping center. :(
