A prototype Towers move...
Potential for huge upside at a bargain basement price. Roll the dice and
if 
you hit big, you get excellent value for the bonus money spent. If it
comes 
up s**** eyes, it didn't cost you much.

I like it.

If the Padres wind up with a reasonably healthy Mark Prior as their #4 
starter, I'd call that a huge win.
