I will be going back to using Outlook Express as my newsreader. It can
be set to filter annoying newsgroup spammers. And there is a lot of
very good newsgroup software available for download. Most are better
than Outlook Express, which I use because I am cheap. It came with my
PC for nothing. You would think Google would want to do something
about this. This MI5 guy hits tons of groups. If Google Groups can't
filter spammers out, people will stop using it. Then, nobody will be
reading any of their ads. And Google will make less money. That alone
would make you think they would find a way to stop this.
