Oh, please: Jimbo Harris?  He was 70s (class of 76 or 77).  He was a good 
athlete (two sports: football and baseball), but he was no Michael Vick. 
Actually, a hot dog and hot head, as I recall.  Never went on to college 
ball or anything, I think.

The great thing about Slater's teams was that they were....TEAMS.  Sure, 
good players (Kearny in the 60s and 70s was an all-around boys athletic 
powerhouse), but not superstars.  TEAMS.
