The man simply does not know when to cut his losses. He will keep
fighting for his cause, (whatever his cause is) and legal opponents
will dig up as much dirt as they can on him, to discredit him.
Example: The Mindy McCready affair. The more he fights, the more they
dig. I guess he thinks the judicial system is like baseball where he
can intimidate with purpose pitch. And yeah, he is arrogant. He also
seems quite stupid. Arrogance that breeds stupidity. And how about
them Padres!!!
