I think the real question is how Bumgarner is progressing with his
secondary pitches.  His fastball may be good enough to dominate the
Sally League with below average secondary stuff.  Until he shows
consistent progress with his secondary stuff, I would not expect him
to be promoted.  Unfortunately, the statistics only give us a clue
about his secondary stuff, not really the scouting re****t we need to
judge his true progress.  At least that's my take.
