I've been a commish in my auction baseball league for 5 years and
draft night was always so painful when i came to tracking each
roster's salary and how much they can the spend on 1 player without
going over the salary cap. I'm sure a bunch of you are in the same
boat.
I couldn't find any good tools online and i got so fed up with
manually tracking everything that i decided to sit down a build my own
fantasy baseball draft tool using microsoft excel.
if anyone feels like checking it out, www.FantasyDraftTools.com The
best part is that the file is fully customizable from roster spots to
salary cap to minimum auction values to team names. And since I had
nothing better to do with my time, I made the tool dynamic enough for
standard drafts as well...so 1 tool, 2 draft types.
I can't post files out here, so if you would to test it out, go for
it.
Let me know if i've covered all basis of your fantasy baseball draft
